    NO cases known in our immediate environment (employees). The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. In addition, we want to actively contribute to the spread of the virus to stop.

    Gear Point follows the advice and guidelines of the RIVM.

     

    GEAR POINT RETAIL STORE OPEN ON APPOINTMENT

    Finally, we can open the doors for everyone again from March 3, 2021. It is possible to come and shop by appointment. We are going to work with time blocks of 30 minutes where a maximum of 2 customers per time block can be present.

    By clicking on "MAKE A STORE APPOINTMENT" in our webshop, you go to the reservation module and you can choose a time block on the desired day and time.

    As soon as you have confirmed the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the date and time block you have chosen. We will send you a reminder two hours before your appointment. If you have any complaints or wish to cancel your appointment for any other reason, you can do so by clicking on "Cancel this appointment" at the bottom of the confirmation email.

    WEBSHOP JUST AVAILABLE DURING LOCKDOWN

    Our webshop will of course continue to run and you can, as always, place your order from the comfort of your home. During the lockdown period, all orders will be processed as you are used to from us. This way you can still order your gifts for the Holidays online from us and we do everything we can to deliver them to you on time. However, keep in mind that PostNL (and most other carriers) still have to deal with delays. Your shipment may therefore be on the road longer than you are used to.

     

    PICK-UP AND COLLECT DURING LOCKDOWN IS POSSIBLE

    Picking up your order is allowed since 10-02-2021 on the basis of the current rules. If you placed and order and payed it online you will get an order confirmation.

    After you received that confirmation give us a call at +31 33 7200 999 and make an pickup appointment. Pickup without an appointment is not possible.
