Update: 14-10-2020 | 18:00 AM

Dear customer / relation,

As you know, unrest has also arisen in the Netherlands due to the Corona virus. We would like to use this letter to inform you about the guidelines within Gear Point.

NO cases known in our immediate environment (employees).

The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. In addition, we want to actively contribute to the spread of the virus to stop.

Gear Point follows the advice and guidelines of the RIVM.

Due to the developments of the past period, we now concretely arrive at the following policy:

  • Everybody needs to wear a facemask when you enter our store. Our employees will also wear one.
  • Door Policy: Maximum of 10 customers in the store at the same time. You may even have to wait until we let you in to help you.
  • Please come alone when you visit our store. This way we can keep to store fully open for everybody, that means no waiting times outside.
  • There is sufficient capacity to process orders / web orders, B2B and B2G orders directly.
  • Customers who want to pick up / drop off goods can even request us to contact us in advance and we will prepare it for you. Keep it that way we keep the number of contact moments at a minimum.

We also use the following precautions:

  • When visiting our store, you will need to wear a facemask.
  • Make use of the disposable gloves that we have available for FREE in the store;
  • Do not shake hands;
  • Otherwise keep 1.5 meters away from other customers and our employees;
  • Sneezing in the inside of the elbow;
  • Make use of tissue paper.

You do not come to the store when you have a fever or other Corona related symptoms.

Disposable gloves are available in the store and disinfectant soap is available in the toilet room of our store. Our employees will also help you do not shake hands when you receive it in our store.

Thanks for your cooperation,

Team Gear Point
