The SAFEgaiter™ is a reusable low-burden protective neck gaiter with integrated particle filtration. Designed for operational use when a full gas mask is not required. It defends against hazardous airborne threats such as dust, smoke, burn pit emissions, bacteria, and viruses.
Modern soldiers are routinely exposed to:
- Dust, smoke, and diesel exhaust
- Toxic blowback from ammunition
- Burn pits, industrial emissions, and riot control agents (CS gas in areosol form)
- Biological and chemical threats
